There is nothing like when a project all comes together. I am proud to be an Illustrator and Graphic Designer. Illustration is an important part of design, but it’s only one role within the design process. Having an illustrator that also understands design can give a project an edge. I believe Illustration and Design should go together seamlessly and creatively. That’s why I chose to study for a Degree in Visual Communications. This is also known as a combination Degree in Illustration and Graphic Design. My experience in both roles helps me work better within a group of creative people in a project, or on my own playing multiple different roles in the process.
Having unique images and designs combined is useful for branding, exclusive events, professional appearance, and helps a project get taken seriously. Its also important to choose a Designer that takes things as seriously as you do. I want people to be able to use my designs with confidence. I always listen to a brief and try to give a client options, not just a solution.

For the Platinum Jubilee V&A competition in 2022 I designed a crown emblem made up of all the national plants of each of the commonwealth countries. There were so many to fit in and they all needed to form the iconic shape of the royal crown we all know.
